Mechanical Design

We offer our customers the mechanical study and engineering of industrial machines and their components. Tecnologie e Sistemi is able to offer consultancy in the choice of materials and in the feasibility study and then proceed to the dimensional design with a careful eye on the safety of the final work. The activity is always carried out in close collaboration with the end customer in order to create a highly customized product that is able to satisfy the real process needs for which it was designed.

Industrial automation

We design and create systems for the automation of industrial machines and plants. Our activity begins with the study of the process to be carried out following the customer's specifications and then proceeds with the drafting of the electrical/functional diagrams, choice of components and creation of the software and concludes with the final tests and inspections. We take care not only of new projects but also of modifications to existing systems or transitions from electromechanical logics to those managed by PLC. We are also able to create supervision systems even on systems and machines not of our design in line with Industry 4.0 requirements.

Prototype construction

Often our customers need machines to start test productions or to replace existing ones that no longer meet their production needs. Following this perspective we are able to complete our design by creating prototypes to put into production, thus examining the field their actual goodness.

La Tecnologie e Sistemi è in grado di offrire la consulenza nella scelta dei materiali e nello studio di fattibilità per poi procedere alla progettazione dimensionale con un attento occhio alla sicurezza dell’opera finale. L’attività viene sempre svolta in stretta collaborazione con il cliente finale al fine di realizzare un prodotto fortemente customizzato e che sia in grado di soddisfare le reali necessità di processo per cui è stato pensato.

Automazione industriale

Progettiamo e realizziamo sistemi per l’automazione di macchine ed impianti industriali.

La nostra attività inizia dallo studio del processo da realizzare seguendo le specifiche del cliente per poi procedere con la stesura egli schemi elettrici/funzionali, scelta dei componenti e realizzazione del software e concludere con i test e collaudi finali.

Curiamo non solo progetti ex novo ma anche modifiche a sistemi esistenti o passaggi da logiche elettromeccaniche a quelle gestite da PLC.

Siamo inoltre in grado di realizzare sistemi di supervisione anche su impianti e macchine non di nostra progettazione in linea con i requisiti di Industria 4.0

Costruzione prototipi

Spesso i nostri clienti hanno bisogno di macchine per avviare delle produzioni di prova o per sostituirle ad alcune esistenti che non rispondono più alle loro necessità produttive, seguendo questa ottica siamo in grado di completare la nostra progettazione realizzando dei prototipi da mettere in produzione vagliandone così sul campo la loro effettiva bontà.

Revamping

What to do when an outdated machine no longer guarantees the standards of safety, continuity of operation and compliance with today's processes? In these cases it is possible to proceed with a revamping of the machine itself on different levels: Bringing the machinery up to standard to comply with safety requirements; Improving its energy efficiency; Replacement of obsolete logics with other automatic ones managed by PLC and interfaced with supervision systems; Reduction of downtime and general simplification of maintenance interventions; Improvement of the performance of the machine or system.

Machine safety

We assist the customer by carrying out measurements, tests, developing and drafting the technical documentation relating to the "machinery directive" 2006/42/EC, even for machines not of our design. Specifically, we are able to prepare: use and maintenance manuals; technical files; wiring diagrams; hydraulic diagrams; pneumatic diagrams; maintenance plans; mechanical drawings; electrical measurements (CEI 44-5); Phonometric measurements (RESS 1.5.8 and 1.7.4.2 “Machinery Directive”).

Technical documentation processing

We develop and draw up technical documentation for machines and systems, including existing ones if they are no longer available or for both preliminary and definitive design from scratch.
